However, there’s one major issue that really needs attention: the fries. When dining in, the portion size is perfectly reasonable, but for takeout, it’s a completely different story. The amount of fries you get for carryout is ridiculously small — it feels like half the order is missing. This isn’t just disappointing; it’s frustrating, especially when you’re paying for full family meals. We ordered two large family meals (25-piece orders) twice over the weekend, each with two fries, and both times it looked as though someone had already eaten part of the fries. The French fries portions for takeout are nowhere near what’s served in-store. Please fix this — either use larger to-go boxes or make sure the fries match the dine-in portions. At this point, I’d honestly recommend eating in and boxing up your own fries — it’s the only way to get what you actually paid for.
